AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $150.00 TO PAY THE
EXPENSES OF J. R. WILSON TO THE NATIONAL MILK CONVENTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $150.00 to pay the
expenses of J. R. Wilson to the National Milk Convention to
be held in Columbus, Ohio on October 20 through 22, 1949.
SECION 3. The proper city officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute such instruments as may be necess-
ary in order to carry out the` provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby , repe -sled, and this ordinance
s
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
