AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $174.00 TO PAY
THE EXPENSES OF MRS. CATHERINE D. HIDY TO THE
AMERICAN PUBLIC HEALTH ASSOCIATION, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of 0174.00 to pay
the expenses of Mrs. Catherine D. Hidy to the American Public
Health Association Convention to be held in New York City on
October 24 throuth October 29, 1949.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute such instruments as may be necess-
ary in order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval,
