AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($200.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO PAY THE EgPSNSES
OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE WILE ATTENDING THE NATIONAL
SAFETY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS,
THE W= OF OCTOBER 23rd: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars ($200.00) to pay the expenses of the Municipal Judge
while attending the National Safety Council to be held in
Chicago, Illinois, during the week of October 23, 1949.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the necessary documents to carry out the
provisions of this ordinance.
