AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 4201.42 PAY -
ABLI� TO GARLAND C. CHOATE, ITT FULL SETTLEMENT OF
A CLAIM` FOR COMPENSATION FILED V,J TH THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPO&'_'S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the gen-
eral fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of 4201.42 to
be paid to Garland C. Choate, a former employee of the
City of Little Rock, in full settlement for his claim for
compensation due to an alleged injury and disability while
employed by the City.
Section 2. The proper city officials are hereby auth-
orized to execute the instruments necessary to carry out the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
