SECTION 1. That property described as "Beminning 82' North d'
S.E. corner of Block 50, thence North 421, thence 14est 106.51, thence
South 441, thence East 119' to point of be:- inning", Pulaski. Heights
Addition to the City of Tittle Rock, Ar'ransas, being 3509 Kavanaugh
Boulevard, heretofore classified and zoned as "A" One -Fan ily District
under.the. terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of said Zoning- Ordinance, and a waiver of lot
area and side yard space requirements is hereby - ranted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Hap thereto
attached and made a -cart thereof, are hereby amended to -permit the re-
classification and rezoning of property described in Section 1 of this
ordinance; said property to be hereafter ?-nown and classified as being
in "C" Two - Family District and with lot area and side yard space re-
quirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shell taro effect and be in force
