SECTION 1. That Lots 5,6,7,8,9 and S1 of 4, Block 4, Jansen Addition
to the City of Tittle Pock, Arkansas, being 4100 -4124 West 12th Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in 'IF" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space requirements is
hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordnance No. 5420 and the Zoning Man thereto
attached and made a hart thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lots 5,6,7,0,9 and S of 4, Plock 4,
Jansen Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements waived
as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shell_ t a're effect and be in force
from and after its nassa ;e.
