PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAIaiED BY THE CITY COUTICIL OFTHE CITY OF LIi" L'?, ROCK, AR...`AIITSAS:
SECTION 1, That Lot 8, Block 1, Liberty Mill Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arl-ansas, being 2926 Spring Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance IT 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereb declared to be in "C" Two- Family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space re-
quirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to perm-'-t the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 8, Block 1, Liberty Hill Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "C"
Two - Family District and with front yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTIO)N 3. That this ordinance shall ta' e effect and be in
force from and aft:r its nassa.e.
