SECTION 1. That --
The east twenty -two (22) feet of the south
five (5) feet of Lot Two (2),- - - - - - -
The east twenty -tv!o (22) feet of the north
twenty -five (25) feet of Lot Three (3), and
The east twenty (20) feet of the south
twenty -five (25) feet of I.ot Three (3),
All in Block 300 in the ori;inal city of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Beginning at the northwest corner of lot "our
(1), of Lzlock 300, 0'ZI I .AL CITY of Little Rock,
and running east 100 feet to a point of beginning,
thence south 20 feet, thence east 50 feet, thence
north 20 feet, thence west 50 feet to the point
of beginning.
heretofore classified and zoned as "G" Commercial District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to 'De in UI" Light Industrial District under the
terms of said Zoning urc.inance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the above described property in Section 1
of t,)is ordinance, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter knoim and classified as bein -; in the "I't Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall tal -ce effect and be in force from
and after its Dassage.
