SECTION 1. That Lot 3 and South 2D of Lot 2, Block 1,
Marshall A Coffmanjs Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arlansas,
being 808 Brown Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two —
Family District under the terms of 'Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTICI: 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to hermit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 3 and South 20' of
Lot 2, Block 1, Marshall & {Coff -- -ants Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 here=of, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "D" Apartment
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
