BE IT ORDAINED BY 1 -liE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SEC`! IO' ` 1. The Board of public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids f'or, and pur-
chase one hundred and forty (140) gallons of street narking
paint with reflectorized beads for use in the Street Depart-
- rr_ent of the Public Torks Department of the City of Tittle
Rock. The cost of such paint shall riot exceedthe sum of
Seven Hundred and Twenty -Five 0725.00) Dollars.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect frori-I and after its passage
and approval.
