PURCHASE 28,000 AUTOPOBILE LICEYSE STICKERS AND
RECEIPTS, AND 'UR OTHER PURPOSr;S.
BE IT ORDAIYED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby auth-
orized and directed to advertise, take bias for, and purchase
28,000 city automobile license stickers and receipts.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
