AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,088.45 /
FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO PAX FOR THE C ego pu.^c�J.ssc.
OF DRESSING ROODS AT THE BAND SHELL AT YeCARTHUR
PARK, AND FOR OTHER . PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS$
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the City of Little Rook the sum of $1,088.45 for the purchase of
the dressing rooms at the band shell at McArthur Park from the Civic
Light Opera Company; the construction work having been performed and
completed by the Civic Light Opera Company,
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such instruments as are necessary in order to carry
out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
