BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COt7TCIL OF THE CITY OP TITTLE ROrIK e7". TS1:S:
SECTION 1, That the PA- of S- of Lots 1, 2, 3, L, Block 8, Woodruff 's
Addition to the City of Little Pock, Arkansas, being 704 McLean Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoninr, Ordinance No. 5420, is herebsj rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of lot-area requirements is hereby
granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 542.0 and the Zoning; Man thereto
attached and made a hart thereof, are hereby amender to perrmit the re-
classification and rezoninn of the IF. of S?- of Lots 1., 2, 3, 4, Block S,
Woodruff t s Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified
as be:i_na in "F" Commercial District and with lot area reryuirgments waived
as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this or-linance shall t�?1ce effect and be in force
from and after its - Kassa ^e.
