AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE (1)

ONE AND OTE -HALF TON TRUCK (CAB AND AND
) FOR USE IN THE
GARBAGE AND SANITATION DEPARTIVENT OF THE CITY, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
SECTION SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase one (1)
one and one-half ton truck ( cab and chassis) for use in the Gar-
bage and Sanitation Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The cost of said truck, with trade in, shall not
exceed the sun of $1,800.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, andthis ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage andapproval.
