BE IT ORDA.IIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE aOCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase the following items
for use of the various departments for a period of three months, beginning
January 20, 1950:
