AN ORDIYANCE AUTHORI'ZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR OF A D -6 CATERPILLAR TRAC-
TOR FOR USE BY THE'; STREET DEPARTI70T OF THE PUBLIC
VIORKS DEPARTMENT, AYID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs a4z@ hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase parts for the repair of a D -6 Caterpillar Tractor
for use by the Street Department of the Public Vorks Depart-
ment.
SECTION 2. The cost of such parts shall not exceed the
sum of '5350.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
