THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AN DF OR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one (1)
three -wheel motorcycle for use in the Traffic Division of the
Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 9. The net cost of the purchase of the above item
shall not exceed the sum of $650.00, after trade -in allowance of
one used motorcycle of the same type.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
