AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT TO L. A. LENRY FOR
ENGINEERIYG SERVICES IN CONNECTION 11,1ITH THE REPAIR WORK
DONE AT ADAMS FIELD AS THE RESULT OF DAMAGES BY THE VJAR
DE'PARTLI NT, AS SAID i- TONEYS ARE RECEIVED FROM THE UNITED
STATES GOVERNMENT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND PRO-
VISIONS OF HIS EXISTING CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the proper instruments for the payment to
L. A. Henry for his fee of 6% of the total contract price for
the repair work done or being performed at Adams Field.
SECTION 2. The payment as authorized above is to be made
from the moneys that the City of Little Rock receives from the
United States Government, and payment shall be made of said
money as it is received by the City from the Federal Government.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
