rotl n 1.: Whereas , T Odeago, Rook Island. ,and Pacific_ Rail-
Nay Company, under the terms of Ordinance No. 3393, passed December
Q 17th, 1923, was authorized tp- construot, maintain and operate a spur
track across Rector Avenue in the Gity of Little Rook at a point

approximately one hundred (100) feet south of the south line of
Third Street, and which grant will expire by limitation on December
20, 1973,
Section 2: And, whereas said Railway Company on June 3, 1946,
sold its.holdings in Block Addition, and has removed
from Rector Avenue the said spur track serving said property, as
Section 3: NOW, THEREFORE, Pines said The:Qh sago, Rook, ,
and Pacific Railway Company hate removed siid.'spur track from Rector
Avenue and has no further use for the rights granted under said
Ordinance No. 3393, said Ordinance No. 3393 is hereby repealed.
Section 4: BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the effective date of
this ordinance is December 20, 1949, since the spur track in ques-
tion was removed before said date.
