AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AYD DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE TEN (10) AUTOMOBILES AND OITE (1) PANEL
TRUCK FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTRIENT OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase ten (10) automobiles and one (1) panel truck for
use by the Police Department of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The oost of such automobiles and truck,
with trade -in allowance of ten (10) used automobiles and
one (1) used panel truck, shall not exceed the sum of
$110000.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, andthis ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
