CHASE TViO GARBAGE TRUCKS FOR USE BY THE SANITATION
DEPARTIv 7 ' T OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTICT' 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase two (2) garbage trucks, complete with beds, for use by
the Sanitation Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTIOIT 2. The cost of such trucks, with trade -in
allowance of two old trucks, shall not exceed the sum of
$14,000.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are her ^by repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effectfrom and after its passage
and approval.
