AN ORDINANCE AUTT ORIZING AND DIRECTING Ti;E BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERr'ISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PU7CIIASE ONE (1)
ONE-HALF TON TRUCK TO 9E USED BY THE CITY POUND, AND FOR
OTEER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C,IT`1' OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one (1)
one-half ton truck for use by the City Pound. The cost of said
truck shall not exceed the sum of $1,200.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
