AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF REAR AND SIDE YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
ON PROPERTY AT 5001 WEST 30TH STREET: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS
AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the rear and side yard space requirements as
established by Ordinance No. 5120 as it affects property at 5001 West
30th Street, described as Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Oakhurst Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived, and the owner
thereof is hereby granted permission to construct a breezeway between
existing house and garage.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 51,20 and the zoning map attached there-
to and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
