AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVE. OF LOT AREA AND FRONT AND REAR YARD SPACE
REQUIREME NPS ON PROPERTY AT 1422 BRAGG STREET, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5120 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That the lot area requirements and the front and rear
yard space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects
property at 1422 Bragg Street, described as Lot 7, Block 6, Bragg's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived, and the owner
thereof is hereby granted permission to construct two additional rooms on
existing house.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of
Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage,
