AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO MAINTAIN TWO BUILDINGS ON ONE LOT
ON PROPERTY AT NORTHEAST CORNER 23RD & BRAGG, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5,420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the requirement that only one building may be
erected on one lot as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects
property at Northeast corner 23rd & Bragg Streets, described as the
West 851 of Lot 6, Block 30, Bragg's Second Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5,420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of
Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
