THE CRIMINAL UNIF ORIM DIVISI OTT OF THE LITTLE ROCK
POLICE DEPARTTJENT CREATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 8020,
DECLARING AN EI rERG7 CY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSE'S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY "�r1E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The position of Captain of the Criminal
Division of the Little Rock Police Department created by
0rdna�'e No. 8080 is hereby abolished, and so much of
said ordinance as creates a position of Captain of the Crim -
final Uniform Division of the Police Department is hereby re-
pealed; °.i
SECTION 2. The provisions of this ordinance shall not
affect,,-)any other of the positions of the Little Rock Police
Department except that position of Captain of the Criminal
Uniform Division of the Police Department of the City of
Little Rock as was created by Orainance No. 8020.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewitn are hereby repealed; Unless the provisions
of this ordinance are put into effect immediately, the peace,
health, and safety of the citizens of Little Rock will be ad-
versely affected; therefore, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
