ORDINANCE NO. 8212
An Ordinance assessing the value of the benefits to
be received by the owners of each of the parcels of land
within Sewer Improvement District No. 1190 described as
followsr
SE1 NEJ Sec. 7, T1N, R12W (now platted as
follows: Pine Forest Addition Lots 1 -181 inc.);
S2 E2 NEX NE N2 E2 NE-1 NEI Sec. 7, T1N, R12W 4f
now platted as follows: Blocks 1 -7 inc,
Highland Courts (H.F.Buhler's 9th Addition);
Lots 4 -9, inc., James H. Penick's Subdivision
of N2 Lot 4, Block 1, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1 -12, inc., Block 1, Lots 1 -12, inc.,
Block 2, Walthour's Subdivision of S2 Lot 4
and all Lot 5, Block 1, Hyde Park Addition;
WHEREAS, said District has filed in the office of the
City Clerk a re- assessment of the above described parcels
of land, and
WHEREAS, the notice required by law to be published
has been published and the time for appeal from such re-
assessment has expired and no appeals have been filed with
the City Council.
THEREFORE, It is Now Ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the several tracts and parcels of
real property shown in the re- assessment in said Sewer Improve-
ment District No. 119 be and they are hereby assessed accord-
ing to the re- assessment list of said District as the same
now remains in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and part of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
