BE IT ORDAINED BY 5 -E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECIIIOT? 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of "30,000.00 for the
payment of two (2) Fire Truck Pumpers which were purchased by
the Board of Public Affairs fror the American -La France Foart:ite
Company.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authoriz-
ed and directed to execute such instruments as r::ay be necessary
to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTIOY b. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance ai all be
in full force and effect fron and after its passage and approval.
