SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
Road and /or Auto Funa of the City of Little Rock the sum
of 'J2.'950.00. Ti,.is amount shall be paid to the Little
Rock Road Machinery Cor�Tpany for parts used in the repair
of the asphalt plant purchased b, the Board of Public
Affairs.
SECITOII 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as
nay be necessary in order to carry out the provisions of
this crd_nance.
SECTIOIT All ord nances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ante shall be in full force and effect fron and after its
passarre and approval.
