BE IT OrIDAIYE'D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF `121i CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARK. AN S A,:: :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from_ the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sur of 5,2,025.65 to pal=
the hospital and medical expenses incurred by Patrolnan Harold
E. Harrison who was injured in an accident on February 10,
1949 while perf orni ng his work for the City of Little Rock.
Such money shall be N ayable as follows:

SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute such instruments as Tray be
necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this ordin-
ance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from a _d after its passage
and approval.
