SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby auth-
orized and directed)
to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one `(1) 85' =Foot Aerial Truck, and one (1) 750 - gallon per min -
ute Pumper Truck for use by the Fire Department of the City
of Little Rock.
SEC` TC1Y* 2. The Board of Public Affairs is further auth-
orized to stake such steps and r +ake such arran�eri -ents concern -
ing the payment for said.trucks as n-ay be necessary, so long
as such arrangenents are in compliance with all applicable
'Sate Etatutes and city ordinances with respect thereto.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and ttJ_s ordinance shall
be in full °force and effect frc:m and after its passage and
approval.
