BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARYdiITSAS :
SECTIOF 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby

authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase three (3) four -way traffic signals, and five (5)
traffic signal controllers for user by the Electric Depart-
ment-of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The cost of such tens authorized for
purchase in Section 1 hereof shall not exceed the sun of
w2250 «00.
' SECTIO1? 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect fror: and after its
passage ana approval.
