AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR
AND PURCHASE ONE (1) PASSENGER CAR i-OR USE BY THE
STREET CLEANING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT�RDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ' ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for,
and purchase one (1) passenger car for use by the Street
Cleaning Department of the Public Works Department of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The cost of such automobile, with trade-
in allowance of one used car, shall not exceed the sum
of $1,200.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
