AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY
TO THE CITY CP LITTLE ROCK, MAKING SAID ANNEXATION A PART
OF THE FOURTH WARD, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,
The Pulaski County Court by its order dated the 10th day of
December, 1949 annexed to the City of Little Rock certain terri-
tory hereinafter described,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the territory annexed to the City of Little
Rock by the Pulaski County Court order on the 10th day of Decem-
ber, 1949, being more fully described as follows, is hereby
accepted, annexed to and made a part of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and is hereby made a part of the 4th Ward of said City:
From 8th Street to 10th Street and from Fair Park Boulevard
to South Taylor, being Blocks 3 and 6 of the Perry Heights
Addition in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
