ORDINANCE No. 8229
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
ON PROPERTY AT 615 NORTH JACKSON STREET: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard space
requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property
at 615 North Jackson Street, described as Lot One (1), Block Thirty -three
(33), Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are
hereby waived, and the owner thereof is hereby granted permission to
construct a one - family residence.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached there-
to and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
