AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF FRONT YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS,
AND GRANTING PERMISSION TO MAINTAIN TWO BUILDINGS ON ONE LOT
ON PROPERTY AT 721 EAST 16TH STREET, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the front yard space requirements and the
requirement that only one building may be erected on one lot as
established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 721
East 16th Street, described as Lot 1, and East 131 of Lot 2,
Block 11, Bragg's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to
the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
