AN ORDINANCE AUTHXORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO*DVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE A CENTER LINE STREET STRIPING MACHINE FOR USE
BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPART-
MENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby auth-
orized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
one (1) Center Line Street Striping Machine for use by the
Street Department of the Public Works Department of the City
of little Rock. The cost of such machine shall not exceed
the sum of $80G .00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
