AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE TWELVE (12) 12 -GAUGE RIOT GUNS FOR
USE BY THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase twelve (12) 12 -Gauge Riot Guns for use by the
Little Rock Police Department. The cost of such guns shall
not exceed the sum of $700.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and ,parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
ape and approval..
