AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS `OR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE (1) AUTOMOBILE FOR USE BY THE AUTOMOBILE
LICENSE INSPECTOR OF THE CITY COLLECTOR'S OFFICE,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase one (1) automobile for use by the Automobile License
Inspector of the City Collector's Office. The cost of such
automobile, with trade -in allowance of one used car, shall
not exceed $960400.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
