ORDINANCE NO. 8248
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF FRONT AND REAR YARD SPACE REQUIMETME�1TS
ON PROPERTY AT 924 PARK STREET: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the front and rear yard space requirements as
established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 924 Park
Street, described as the W 1004 of Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block 10, Capitol
Hill Extension Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby
waived, and the owner thereof is hereby granted permission to construct
a garage to be attached to a business building which is in non — conforming
use. This property is zoned "B" Residence.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions
of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
