AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
LOTS A AND SOUTH 23.2 FEET OF B, BLACK SIX (6), McCAINS SUBDIVISION
OF CLARKS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTIr,,R PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots A and South 23.2 feet of B. Block 6, McCains
Subdivision of Clarks Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 2223 State Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "E" Apartment
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard
space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lots A and South 23.2 feet of B. Block 6,
McCain Subdivision of Clarks Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "E" Apartment District and with yard space re-
quirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
