AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SRC TION 1 OF ORDINANCX
No. 7862 OF THE CITY OF LITTLS ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
X0710N 1• That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 7868 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 1, That the said several lots, blocks and
parcels of real property in said Gurb and Gutter
Improvement District No # 574 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, be assessed according to the assess-
ment list for said improvement district as the same
now remains in the
office
of
the
City Clerks
and that
6 2/3 per centum (6
2/3%)
of
the
assessment
of benefits
Of each of said lots, blocks and parcels of real estate
shall be paid annually on or before the let day of
July of each year, beginning with July 1, 1950, until
the whole of the said local assessment of benefits
shall be paid."
SSCTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
