AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,000.00 FROM THE
NEGRO PARK FUND FOR THE 1-PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AN ACCESS
ROAD TO THE SWIhIJTl_NG POOL AT GILLIAM PARK, AND FOR 0T1---ER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED B�, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Negro
Park Fund the sum of $1,000.00 to pay for the construction of
an access road to the swimming pool at Gilliam Park.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary in
order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
