ORDINANCE NO. 8272
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 1 -12 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK TWENTY-ONE (21),
MARSHALL & WOLFE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1 -12 inclusive, Block 21, Marshall & Wolfe
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being property at
11th to 12th and Marshall to Wolfe Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereb -. rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "H" Business District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots 1 -12 inclusive,
Block 21, Marshall & Wolfe Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
