AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE ASPHALT SPREADER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
to purchase onfi As�bhlt t,Spreader for use by the Street
Department of the City of Little Kock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of the item authorized in
Section 1 hereof shall not exceed the sum of $1,200.00.
