AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTT1iG THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTI'S`E, TAKE BIDS OR, AT D PURCHASE PLAY-
GROUND EQUIPI,:�NT FOR THE SOUTH END NEGRO SCHOOL PLAYGROUND
AREA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase playground
equipment for the South End Negro School playground area. The cost
of such equipment shall not exceed the sum of $600.00, andshall be
paid out of the Negro Park Fund.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereb�T repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
