AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $100.00 TO PAY THE
EXPENSES OF THE ACTING PLANNING DIRECTOR IN ATTENDING A
PLANNING CONFERENCE OF THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF LANDSCAPE
ARChITECTS IN AMES, IOWA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund
of the City of Little Rock the sum of 6100.00 to pay the expenses
of the Acting Planning Director in attending a Planning Conference
of the American Society of Landscape Architects in Ames, Iowa on
May 4th and May 5th, 1950.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary in
order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
