AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $125.00 TO PAY THE
EXPENSES OF TWO SANITARIANS OF THE CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
IN ATTENDING A SCHOOL ON HOUSING AND SLUM CLEARANCE IN
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI FROM MAY 8 THROUGH MAY 12, 1950,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $125.00 to pay the
expenses of two (2) Sanitarians of the City Health Department
in attending aschool on housing and slum clearance in Kansas
City, Missouri fron May 8 through May 12, 1950.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authoriz-
ed and directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary
in order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
