AMENDING ORDIP-A?,,TCE 11T0. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY TTTE CITY COUNCIL OF T117 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Lots 10, 11, and the West 33.8' of Lot 12, Block 7,
Deaf Mute Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1500 -1504-
1508 West 4th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "Ell Apartment
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2.- That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning~ Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification
and rezoning of the said Lots 10, 11, and the West 33.8' of Lot 12, Block 7,
Deaf Mute Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as o�itlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passa -e.
