SECTION 1. That Lot 2, Block 1, W. P. Worthen's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Prkansas, being 3705 -07 Nest 12th ,Street, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoninn Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two- Farnil. Tistrict under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space requirements
is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning;'4ap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lot 2, Block 1, W. B. 4orthen's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said -property to be herea "ter known and classified as bein-7 in "C"
Two- Family District and with front yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its nassar e.
